Vintage Soviet Crystal Cordial Glasses – Set of 4

Made in USSR | Etched Floral Motif | Mid-20th Century

This refined set of four vintage crystal cordial glasses was produced in the former USSR during the mid-20th century, a period recognized for technically precise and visually restrained crystal production intended for both domestic prestige and export.

Each glass stands 4.75 inches tall with a 2.25-inch rim diameter, featuring a balanced goblet form with a solid stem and stable foot. The bowls are decorated with a wheel-etched botanical motif—stylized berries and leaves—contrasted against a vertically cut lower bowl that enhances brilliance and light refraction.

The crystal is clear, well-weighted, and rings cleanly, consistent with higher-quality Soviet crystal produced between the 1950s and 1970s. One glass retains its original “Made in USSR” label, confirming origin and period.

These glasses were designed for cordials, liqueurs, dessert wines, or after-dinner spirits and display equally well in a cabinet or formal bar setting. Elegant without excess, they reflect the disciplined aesthetic of Soviet decorative arts.

Condition:
Excellent vintage condition. No chips or cracks observed. Light age-appropriate wear consistent with careful use.
